The Pinnacle condos located in downtown San Diego were completed in December 2005 and the residents after living there for over a year were asked to review the building rate it in a dozen categories. Complete with 24-hour concierge and security, lap pool, hot tub, media lounge with large screen cinema, entertainment room with billiards, conference room, private guest suite, gym, sauna and steam room. The number of condo units per floor decrease as you goes up the tower to the penthouse which was planned to be two separate units but purchased by one individual and combined. The average price of a sold condo in the Pinnacle between 2005 and 2006, increased 1.4%, as reported through the MLS (Sandicor).
